Service was outstanding. the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and always wished us a great day. The location offered a calm atmosphere while being just minutes away from vibrant downtown.

Some amenities were lacking, such as a hair dryer and a bit of clothing storage. Additionally, the beach area had tented beds that obstructed views from lower rooms.

Spent 6 nights in a spacious Double or Twin Room with Sea View. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay a delight. Just a short walk to the beach and the restaurant offered excellent food. A charming hotel experience worth revisiting!

We had an amazing stay at Puerto Holbox Beach Front! The beach bar had the best burgers, and the sun loungers with ocean views were just perfect for sunset gazing. Just a heads up, the beach was a bit messy with seaweed, but the vibe and staff totally made up for it!

The room had air conditioning, a lovely balcony, and a minibar. The bathroom was private with free toiletries and a shower. The outdoor swimming pool was nice with sun loungers and umbrellas. The massage spa was great, offering relaxation and comfort. Clean towels were provided daily.

We spent a week in an ocean view room and absolutely loved it, especially the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool and quick access to the beach. The only downside was the lack of a coffee maker in the room, but there’s a café close by that opens early. 🌅
